Did you get enough exercise today? How many calories did you burn? Are you getting good quality sleep? How many steps and miles did you walk today? The FITBIT TRACKER helps you answer these questions. If it TRULY delivers all of this data with a wireless device, then all I can say is WOW!

Check out these pictures of FitBit in action! The first thing that grabs my attention is how small the device is.

Fitbit

All you have to do is clip on your jeans (like below) or anywhere on your person and data about your activity is collected.

And just where does all of that data go? Well, to an online database for you to review. (Of course) From their website… “View calories, steps and distance on the Fitbit Tracker itself. You can login to the Fitbit website to see even more detailed data and also partipicate in collaborative fitness goals with friends, family and co-workers.”

Can you imagine doctors giving these devices to their patients to wear for a week prior to an appointment? What about personal trainers who want to prescribe a more custom solution to their clients? So many possibilities…

Want to buy one? Tough luck! Its not available until late December/ early January, but you can pre-order this gadget now and be the first kid on the block to show it off.
